Hacky Sacks is a great game that one or more people can play with the minimal amount of equipment, namely a hacky sack.  You just get in a circle and use your feet to keep the hacky sack in the air, it is great for general co-ordination and is ideal for relaxing and de stressing.
These wonderfully tactile colourful hacky sacks have just arrived from Nepal.  They have a cotton outer and are filled with dried chickpeas and are a great weight for playing hacky sacks.
