Our Yin Yang Mandala T shirt depicts a Yin Yang surrounded by a Lotus Flower which is a particularly powerful and balancing symbol. To Buddhist's the Lotus signifies the holy seat of the Buddha. To the Chinese it symbolizes ultimate purity and perfection because it rises untainted and beautiful from the mud. The sacred lotus combined with the balancing acting of the Yin Yang make this a perfect point of focus for the body, mind and spirit.

Our beautiful Yin Yang Mandala T Shirts are embroidered by three very skillful brothers living in Kathmandu, Nepal. They are embroidered on an old fashioned Singer sewing machine, firstly the T shirt is held in a wooden embroidery ring. The pattern is drawn on in chalk on the T shirt and then the brothers embroider the pattern using the sewing machine.

Our Yin Yang in a Lotus T Shirts come in a choice of Black or Purple T Shirt.

Our T shirts comes in four sizes small, medium, large & XL. These corresond roughly to; small ( 36" chest ), medium ( 40" chest ) , large (44" chest ) & XL ( 48" chest) . This will give a loose fit. If you are looking for a tighter fit we recommend going down one size.

Our T Shirts can be machine washed on a 40 degrees C cycle, for best results we recommend you use a colour powder and as they are embroidered the colours don't fade when you wash them! 100% Cotton
