Our Wind Bells come from the monastries and temples of Nepal where they hang from the overhanging roofs.
The bell hangs on a chain which means it can sway in the wind, the hanging brass leaf wind catcher catches the wind and the bell plays a delicate sound which helps give the temples a wonderfully peaceful and tranquil aura.
Our temple bells are quite unusual, they are cast from solid brass in the Kathmandu Valley in Nepal and hang from a chain with a hanging hook.
The Bell measures 4.5 cm wide by 6 cm high, the leaf measures 5 cm by 4 cm and when hung up the whole thing measures 33 cm from the hook at the top to the bottom of the leaf.
